We offer one to one training on specialised Pilates equipment. For a real, in depth Pilates workout designed specifically to address your own individual needs, perhaps resolving back pain, preparing for an event, improving posture or strengthening and toning specific muscles there’s nothing like one of our Private Sessions.

Reformer machines offer a well rounded resistance training style of workout. Classes require at least one private session before booking so please email for availability.

CANCELLATION – 48hours notice is required for cancellation of single sessions. Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended. Bundle expire after two months.
REFUNDS - If you are unable to attend classes due to circumstances out of your control (determined on a case-by-case basis by our administration) you may be entitled to a full refund or studio credit.
